4. 账号与数据

• 您可以随时申请导出或删除自己的账户数据。
• 管理员无权查看用户私信和封锁列表。

5. 服务可变性

• 本实例可能因维护或运营原因暂停服务，无须事先通知。
• 管理员有权修改本条款，重大变更将通过站内公告告知。

By using this instance, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Use

• Shoko is personally operated and provides a space for artistic and literary expression.
• Users are responsible for their own content and interactions within the Fediverse.

2. Content Responsibility

• We do not proactively moderate posts, but may take action upon reports or if content clearly violates community rules or public standards of decency.
• All content should follow basic standards of ethics and public decency.

3. Prohibited Behavior

• Posting or sharing content involving pedophilia (textual, visual, or implied)
• Political extremism, hate speech, or attacks on specific groups or nations
• Misusing federation protocols to spam, harass, or phish

4. Accounts & Data

• You may request account deletion or data export at any time.
• Admins cannot view DMs or block lists.

5. Service Changes

• The instance may be suspended for maintenance or operational reasons without notice.
• Terms may be updated; major changes will be announced in advance.

2. コンテンツの責任

• 投稿内容は事前に検閲しませんが、通報があった場合や、明らかにルールや公序良俗に反する内容が見つかった場合は、削除・アカウント停止等の措置を取ります。
• すべての投稿は、基本的な倫理と公序良俗に従ってください。

3. 禁止行為

• ペドフィリア（文章・画像・暗示含む）の投稿・共有
• 極端な政治的発言、ヘイトスピーチ、特定の国・集団への攻撃
• フェディバースのプロトコルを悪用したスパム・嫌がらせ・フィッシング

4. アカウントとデータ

• アカウントの削除・データのエクスポートはいつでも申請可能です。
• 管理者はDMやブロックリストを閲覧できません。

5. サービスの変更

• メンテナンスや運営上の理由で予告なく停止する場合があります。
• 利用規約は予告なく更新される場合がありますが、大幅な変更はお知らせします。
